Lastly thankyou very much for your compliment.
If you find a setting that works for you though feel free to let me know and I'll check it out. For me it seems about right (I thought it was quite a smooth transition myself compared to some others I've tried) though I can appreciate others experiences may vary. While still colourful the increased brightness makes it seem a little more in place rather than dark and saturated as it was before (that kind of got on my nerves a little after a while, lol). May I suggest trying the updated version and see how that fares for you in regards to the saturation? I've posted some screenshots below (now added to the main post) so you can see what difference it makes in Whiterun as an example. I'm sure I'll pop open the config file and find it right after I post this though. I personally would like a slower DOF fade to give it a little more of a cinematic/artistic feel. I will mention though - and I could be completely wrong on this so correct me if I am - but can you change the fade time for DOF? Meaning, when I am focusing on something and then focus on something closer to me the DOF fades more slowly to the new focus point rather than instantly snapping to it. It's been a near flawless experience so far. fx file i was placing it in my Skyrim folder not skyrim/enbseries so that was why it wasn't working. it also has an alternate option to place a No Vignette enbeffect.fx seperate from the main file so when i went to add the optional. I can't really think of any errors that I came across while trying it out just now, of course I'll keep my eyes open. I use Bleak ENB and it comes with a large Vignette in the enbseries folder. I feel much more immersed in the game, especially at night.
Thanks for sharing it all with us, and thanks for having a stellar awesome summary of it and proving lots of helpful resources and links. Of course that's something I can try to tweak on my own time :] But again, I'm really liking your preset. My only other opinion is that the colors are a little too saturated at times for me but that is simply a personal opinion and a vibrant look isn't what you were going for with this preset I assume. That is with SSAO disabled and all the other features enables. I've got a i5, 12gb ram and a gtx 570 which got be around 40-45 fps average. Performance wise your preset ran pretty good for me. I can't really think of any errors that I came across while trying it out just now, of course I'll keep my eyes open.
